Ingredients: L-Leucine, L-Glutamine, grape flavour, acidity regulator (citric acid), lecithin, stevia, sucralose.

Recommended use: as a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop (16 grams) in 1 liter of water and drink it during your workout.  If you want a stronger drink, make sure you keep the same ratio with water.
