Ingredients: L-Leucine, L-Glutamine, flavour, beta-alanine, taurine, acidity regulator (citric acid), rehydration salts (sodium chloride, potassium chloride, dicalcium phosphate, magnesium sulphate), coffee extract (98% caffeine), vitamin B3 (niacin), vitamin B5, sucralose.

Recommended use: as a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop (16 grams) in 1 liter of water and drink it during your workout.  If you want a stronger drink, make sure you keep the same ratio with water.

You've probably heard that it's good to take essential-BCAAs during your workout, but you may not know that only one of those BCAAs, L-Leucine, is active in switching on muscle protein synthesis during and after your workout, so the other two BCAAs cost you money but have no extra benefit.


A normal BCAA drink gives you only half the amount of Leucine that you could be getting, as the other two BCAAs, Valine and Isoleucine actually compete with Leucine for absorption.  This means that taking Leucine alone gives you the double benefit of more pure Leucine as well as faster absorption into your muscle cells.


mTORC Intra-Workout also contains the conditionally essential amino acid Glutamine which is necessary to help transport Leucine into your muscles as quickly as possible.
