How to use Liver Defense

• Take 2 capsules the day before drinking if you know in advance
• Take 2 capsules before drinking
• Take 2 capsules after drinking if you remember, or the morning after
• Make sure you drink plenty of water the morning after drinking, mTORC is a great way to help hydrate your liver and body.

Ingredients
LPS-Curcumin liposomal complex, sodium ascorbate (vitamin C), taurine, sunflower lecithin, milk thistle extract (silymarin), vitamin B1, vitamin B6, vitamin E, resveratrol, selenomethionine, folic acid, methylcobalamin (vitamin B12), broccoli extract (sulphoraphane). Inactive ingredients: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate.

Suggested use: Take 2 capsules before consuming alcohol, and 2 capsules after drinking, or the morning after drinking.  If you are planning ahead take 2 capsules the day before drinking as an additional measure.
