How to make the PERFECT Protein Shake!

The Perfect Whey Protein Shake
with Proteus Nutrition WHEY Protein Powder
TOTAL PREP TIME: 1 MINUTE
- 2 to 4 Ice Cubes
- 200 ml milk, water, or any plant-based milk
- 2 scoops Proteus Nutrition WHEY Protein or 1 single serving sachet
- Toppings: fresh fruits
Pour the milk or water into the blender (you can also try almond or oat milk).
Next, add the ice cubes (or frozen fruit for an extra boost). Add a serving of Proteus Nutrition's WHEY protein powder to the mixture and blend until the drink is
thick and smooth. Top off your protein shake with fresh fruit and berries of your
choice and enjoy!
The Perfect Vegan Protein Shake
with Proteus Nutrition's NO WHEY Protein Powder
TOTAL PREP TIME: 1 MINUTE
- 2 to 3 ice cubes
- 300 - 350 ml water
- 2 scoops Proteus Nutrition NO WHEY Vegan Dark Chocolate Protein powder or 1 single serving sachet
- Toppings: cocoa powder
Pour the water into the blender (NO WHEY already contains almond milk!). Add the ice cubes. Next, add Proteus Nutrition's NO WHEY protein powder into the mixture. (Bonus tip: Sprinkle in your favourite spices. We like cinnamon or orange zest). Blend until the shake is smooth and free of any lumps. Pour it into a glass and top it off with a dusting of cocoa powder. Serve immediately.
Very Berry Protein Smoothie

- 2 scoops (or 1 individual sachet) Proteus WHEY Vanilla Ice Cream protein powder
- 100g frozen berries (blackcurrants, blueberries, etc.)
- 200ml milk or water
Throw it all together in a blender, blend until smooth and serve!
Mint Chocolate Frappé
What's better than iced coffee on a hot day? ☀️ A protein-packed mint chocolate frappé!
- 2 scoops Proteus Nutrition Mint Chocolate WHEY Protein Powder
- 2 shots Espresso (approx. 100ml)
- 80ml Water
- 60g Ice
- 1 tsp Cocoa Powder
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Toppings: Cocoa Powder, Mint Leaves
In a blender, add Proteus Nutrition Mint Chocolate WHEY Protein Powder, espresso, water, ice cubes, cocoa powder and vanilla extract. Blend until ice cubes are crushed and the ingredients are well incorporated. To serve, pour into a glass and top it off with a dusting of cocoa powder and some fresh mint leaves, and enjoy!
