    Whey protein concentrate, flavour, contains less than 2% each of the following:

    sunflower lecithin, xanthan gum, sucralose.

    Contains: milk-derived ingredients.

    For a rich, creamy tasting shake, add two scoops (30g) of WHEY to 200ml of water, or milk (dairy and nut are both fine). Mix in a blender for the best possible creamy texture. If using a shaker bottle, shake for 25-30 seconds.
