Our best-selling sleep formula. Six ingredients that work together.
Most sleep products pick one lever and pull it hard. Usually melatonin, at five or ten milligrams. That makes you drowsy. It does not make the night any better. Sleep is two things: getting there, and the shape of the night once you are. Tranquil Sleep uses six ingredients that each take a different part of that job, so no single one has to be pushed too far. The melatonin sits at 2.5mg a capsule and only has to start the night. The amino acids do the rest.
Built for the whole night, not just the first ten minutes.
Falling asleep is the easy part to sell. Staying asleep, and waking up feeling human, is the part that decides how tomorrow goes.
Get there without a fight
Glycine and theanine quiet the wind-down so you stop lying there running the day back.
Hold the night together
The night keeps its shape instead of breaking up. Fewer of those 3am stares at the ceiling.
Wake up feeling human
2.5mg of melatonin clears by morning. The 10 and 20mg products are what leave people foggy and hitting snooze.
Nothing to taper
Non habit-forming. It supports the pathways your body already uses instead of overriding them.
Six ingredients. One night's work.
No single ingredient here is doing the heavy lifting, and that is on purpose. Each one takes a different part of the night, which is why none of them has to be shoved to a silly dose to matter.
“One ingredient at a big dose is a sledgehammer. Six working together is a night's sleep.”
Start with one. Two if you need it.
One capsule is the starting dose, and it is enough for most people. If you are a poor sleeper or you have used sleep formulas before, two is the top of the range. Never more than that.
Glycine 450mg, theanine 150mg, chamomile 50mg, GABA 50mg, 5-HTP 50mg and melatonin 2.5mg. Give it a few nights before you decide it needs to be more.
If one is not doing it after a few nights, go to two. That is the ceiling, and even then the melatonin only reaches 5mg.
Take it with water, about half an hour before lights out. That is where the melatonin signal meets your own wind-down.
It settles over the first month.
Onset comes first. The shape of the night takes longer. Here is the honest arc.
Onset improves, dreams get vivid
You should drop off easier from the first few nights. Vivid dreams are common early on as sleep finds its shape. They settle.
Consolidation begins
Onset is steady now and the night holds together better. Fewer mid-night wake-ups, and mornings start to feel cleaner.
Architecture rebuilt
The bigger change shows up in the morning. Waking refreshed is the most common report here, and it holds even on stressful nights.

“A bigger melatonin number is easier to sell. It doesn't necessarily result in better sleep.”
The easiest way to sell a sleep supplement is to print a bigger melatonin number on the label. It is also the wrong thing to do. Past about 3mg the extra milligrams stop buying you sleep and start buying you a foggy morning, so the high-dose products trade tomorrow for tonight.
Tranquil Sleep goes the other way. Six ingredients, each taking a different part of the night, so none of them has to be pushed too far. Glycine and theanine to settle you, chamomile at 90% apigenin, GABA and 5-HTP to support your own overnight cycle, and just 2.5mg of melatonin per capsule to start the night. Made in our own ISO 22000 certified facility and third-party tested every batch.
Questions, answered.
Why so little melatonin?
Because melatonin is the signal that starts the night, not the thing that does the sleeping. Onset improves as the dose rises to about 3mg, then it flattens and works against you: grogginess, tolerance, a shifted body clock. We use 2.5mg a capsule and let glycine, theanine, chamomile, GABA and 5-HTP do the rest of the work.
What is actually in it?
Six ingredients per capsule: glycine 450mg, L-theanine 150mg, chamomile extract 50mg standardised to 90% apigenin, GABA 50mg, 5-HTP 50mg, and melatonin 2.5mg. Each one takes a different part of the night, which is why none of them needs a silly dose to matter.
How many capsules, and when?
Start with one capsule about 30 minutes before bed, with water. One is enough for most people. If you are a poor sleeper, or one is not doing the job after a few nights, go up to two. Two is the ceiling.
Will I feel groggy in the morning?
That is usually a sign of too much melatonin, or a dose taken too close to lights out. At 2.5mg a capsule it clears in time for the morning. If you are stacking another melatonin product on top, drop that one.
Are vivid dreams normal?
Yes, especially in the first few nights as your sleep finds its shape again. They settle on their own. If they are disruptive enough to wake you, take it a little earlier in the evening.
Can I take it with Magnesium?
Yes, and many people do. Magnesium Bisglycinate in the evening supports the same wind-down, and the glycinate form means no gut cost. The two stack cleanly. Just do not add a second melatonin product on top.
Is it habit-forming or unsafe long term?
No. It works with the pathways your body already uses to fall asleep rather than overriding them, so there is nothing to wean off. The melatonin is deliberately low at 2.5mg a capsule, well under the doses that cause tolerance, and the rest is amino acids and plant extract. Non habit-forming, and made to be taken nightly.
