Keto-GPC is a liquid supplement in a 60ml dropper bottle. Each 2ml serving contains 500mg alpha-GPC (glycerophosphocholine) and 400mg sodium beta-hydroxybutyrate. 30 servings per bottle. Vegan friendly.
How to take: take 2ml (2 full droppers) first thing in the morning or before training, or as advised by a medical practitioner. Keep refrigerated.
