Who is GI Strength for?
Most adults. Few people eat enough fibre, and it matters more when you're eating less, whether you're dieting or taking weight-loss medication.
Are there any effects I should know about?
If you're not used to much fibre, your gut may take a few days to adjust. Drink plenty of water through the day.
Is it the same as Pure Glutamine Powder?
Both contain L-glutamine. GI Strength also has Five10Fibre, quercetin, luteolin and flavour. Pure Glutamine Powder is L-glutamine only.
Is it vegan and halal?
Yes. It's vegan and halal certified.
Is it right for everyone?
It is not intended for anyone under 18, or for pregnant or nursing women. Check with a health care professional first if you have a medical condition or take prescription medication.
How should I store it?
