What it does
Balance
Its plant-based actives support the way your body processes oestrogen.
Broccoli
Each capsule gives you 50mg of broccoli extract, standardised to DIM, one of the compounds broccoli is known for.
Women and men
Men have oestrogen too, and it tends to rise with age and body fat. EstroLibre contains no hormones, so it suits men as well.

Questions
Does EstroLibre contain hormones?
No. It contains no hormones and doesn't add oestrogen. Its plant-based actives support the way your body processes the oestrogen it already has.
Can men take it?
Yes. Men have oestrogen too, and take it the same way: one capsule in the morning and one before bed.
Can I take it while on the pill?
Because EstroLibre works on how your body processes oestrogen, check with your doctor before taking it alongside the pill or any hormonal treatment.
What does LPS mean?
LPS means liposomal. We bind the active ingredient to sunflower lecithin, the same type of fat your cell membranes are made from, so more of it is absorbed. Ingredients like curcumin, CoQ10 and glutathione are poorly absorbed when taken as a plain capsule.
Can I take it with Curcumin?
Both contain liposomal curcumin. EstroLibre gives you 150mg of curcumin a day, so add up the daily amounts on each label, or ask your pharmacist.
Is it right for everyone?
It is not for under-18s, or for pregnant or breastfeeding women. If you take hormonal contraception, hormone therapy or other medication, check with your doctor first.
How should I store it?
In the fridge, before and after opening.
Can I subscribe?
Yes. Subscribe & Save takes 15% off every delivery. Choose a 30, 60 or 90-day schedule, and skip, pause or cancel any time from your account.
