Glutathione taken as a plain capsule is largely broken down in your gut. Binding it in a liposomal complex helps more of it reach your bloodstream.
How many should I take?
Two a day suits most people. Some take three, on their doctor's advice.
What goes well with it?
Magnesium Bisglycinate, which you also take before bed. In a week with more drinking, add Liver Defence.
Is it right for everyone?
It is not for under-18s, or for pregnant or breastfeeding women. If you have a medical condition or take medication, check with your doctor first.
How should I store it?
