Recipe: Vegan Dark Chocolate Banana Protein Pancakes

Ingredients:
- 70g All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Scoop Proteus Nutrition NO WHEY (Dark Chocolate)
- 1 Tbsp Baking Powder
- 1 Pinch Salt
- 1 Banana
- 150ml Oat or Almond Milk
- Toppings: Banana Slices, Maple Syrup
Directions:
In an empty bowl, sift flour, then mix in one scoop of Proteus Nutritionโs Dark Chocolate NO WHEY protein powder, baking powder and salt. In a separate bowl, mash banana and add it to the powdered mixture. Pour plant milk and stir until mixture is smooth. โจย Pro tip: if you are short on time, blend all the ingredients together in blender or food processor. โจ
Cover the batter with cling wrap and rest it in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes. In a non-stick pan, heat up coconut oil on medium heat. Add one scoop of pancake batter and cook each side for approximately 2-3 minutes. Add your toppings of choice and serve!
